Ainle Ó Cairealláin BSc CSCS Ainle graduated with honors as a sports scientist from the University of Limerick in 2006 and is currently in the process of completing a Masters by research in biomechanics and agility training at UL. Ainle is a certified strength and conditioning specialist (NSCA), and specializes in strength and conditioning, on-field training, sports psychology, video analysis, and preparation of athletes for optimal performance. Ainle has worked with athletes from a wide range of sports including GAA sports, Rugby, Soccer, Triathlon, Athletics, Tennis and Golf. In the past Ainle has worked as a personal trainer at the National Strength and Conditioning Centre in Limerick, and also spent time working with the Adelaide Crows football team in Austalia. He currently plays hurling with Na Piarsaigh Hurling and Football Club in Cork. |

Leonard Stanley Leonard is a native of Gortnahoe, near Thurles in Co. Tipperary and is currently studying at the acclaimed Setanta College to obtain a Special Purpose Award Certificate in Physical Fitness and Conditioning for Sports. Leonard has played with and coached a number of GAA teams at club, divisional and colleges level for the last number of years and has also done a number of SAQ and recognised GAA coaching courses and workshops. He is also a certified Level 1 Olympic Weightlifting coach. |

Lynne Algar BSc Lynne Algar BSc, Dip PT, is an Exercise Physiology postgraduate researcher at the University of Limerick , specialising in recovery strategies for athletes. She aims to begin further postgraduate research in 2010 studying psychological demands facing elite student athletes. Lynne is also a Remedial Massage Therapist, and Physical Therapist qualified from the Irish Institute of Physical Therapies and has recently begun working as a assistant coach and therapist with the Irish Triathlon Squad. Lynne has competed at international level in Pentathlon and obtained a world ranking in the same sport. She is currently a competitive Triathlete. |

Cairbre Ó Cairealláin
Cairbre Ó Cairealláin, younger brother of Ainle, is also a sports science scholar. Currently studying a Bachelor of Science Sport and Exercise in the University of Limerick , Cairbre is the youngest member of the ACLAI team. Cairbre has competed at intercounty level in hurling from U14 to U21.
