ACLAI will video the skill(s), analyse it, and present it to the athletes and coaches in a simple to understand, yet comprehensive and indepth manner which can be viewed at home on on the move.

You can send your own video in to ACLAI to be expertly analysed. No matter what the skill, you send in your video and we will send it back with a dvd which will include a comprehensive analysis and breakdown of the skill. One of the most benificial aspects of video analysis can be the immediate feedback given to athletes during a training session. ACLAI can attend the training session, video the athlete performing a skill, and give them immediate video feedback on their technique. The next time they perform the skill, they will know what they must do to improve. All skills recoreded during the training session will then be put onto a DVD which the athlete and coach keep to see their progres over the training session and keep as a reference. Ths servise is ideal for squad who are training together as all athletes can recieve the video feedback during the session.
